This project comprised of a ground floor lobby upgrade with café, facade rejuvenation, building fire upgrades and a new end of trip facility.

In addition to this there were 13 floors of bathrooms and tearooms that were refurbished. This was a multifaceted project, it was of complex nature as the upgrades took place in a live environment. Sense were prepared and managed the program and foot traffic to ensure no disruption to the tenants.
